The Peirce School PTO would like to invite all families to become involved in the PTO. The PTO is made up of a number of committees and the Board and is an active group that works to support classrooms and enrich the children's education at Peirce School. Fundraising plays an extremely important role in allowing the PTO to accomplish its goal of educational support.
PTO meetings are held in the library from 6:30-8 PM at
the beginning of each month. Meeting dates for 2010-2011 will be
announced at the beginning of the school year, and the entire Peirce community is invited to attend.
Volunteering
at Peirce
The PTO offers Peirce students many activities, projects,
and programs that add to their learning experience. We count on our many
volunteers to contribute their efforts! Feel free to contact the
officers or committee chairs at any time if you have an idea for a new program or want to
work on an existing activity, and please attend PTO meetings every month
to hear more about what's going on in the school.
If you want to volunteer in the school, the Federal No Child Left Behind Act requires you to have a CORI
check. For a form, please see Mrs. Dunton in the school office.
